How do you set up bobbins in a sewing machine?

I’m sewing on a Shark mini sewing machine…or attempting to sew on it, at least. I have not been able to do any stitches. I know I’m threading the needle correctly, but I don’t know how to rig the bobbin. Please help! I’d get my mom to help but she already broke our sewing machine’s bobbin.
It’s not the same sewing machine that’s broken. And I don’t have the manual anymore.

The loose end close the thread up where you can pull it will sort of catch the circle with the left under the left until you see it through the bobbin cover take one stitch.
