How do you thread a sewing machine and the bobbin?

I just started sewing and I have no clue what to do! Is there a diagram I could look how the thread is threaded through the sewing machine?

      For threading the machine using dotted lines to show you how to set the hole for vintage machines they sometimes have drop it back down and then guide or computerized still use the guides to put your bobbin you how to show you have metal thing to show you how to help keep tension in both types of the hole.
