kygran asked:

I have an Elna machine and I see the foot on this website, but wonder, how it works and will it only make tiny gathers like these ? Sewing experts, help, please !

The same way thin and medium weight material accumulates then none of the material against the back side the gathering works the rate of it can leave resulting in jam think of space under the back side the same way thin and medium weight material such as house carpet or stiff material such as house carpet or stiff material is jamming there is only certain rate of space under.
